This next week, I will be interviewing In-N-Out’s resident historian. I grew up eating In-N-Out and view them as fast food adjacent, but something in it’s own category. And people treat In-N-Out this way, as it’s own category. I am excited to dig into the history and what makes this burger joint unique. I will post the podcast late next week.
